Hello, my name is Mark and I work with a company that helps technicians in after shops by having information that is confirmed fixes, information that is licensed from the manufacture and lastly is easy to read and find. I would like to understand the technician better and how to market them because I honestly believe that our website will help technicians by saving them time and money. My job is to solely get people to look at our website. If you don't see the value or don't think it will bring your shop value then that is fine. I just truly believe that if I can get 15 minutes from a DMR or lead tech they can see the value of our website. If anybody can give me tips or ways to talk that will make it speak to customers I would greatly appreciate that. Unfortunately everything I do is over the phone as we are located in Dallas. Any help you guys can give me would be greatly appreciated!
