Title: Pico 4000 Series Scope Post by Rich Barton on Jan 10th, 2009 at 7:03am
Hi Group,
I see there is a 4000 series scope out. It looks like there is some added stuff that might be usefull, like the sensor signal simulator, would this scope be worth using as a mobile scope in the field and keep my 3000 series at the shop on the boom? :-/ Any input welcome |
Title: Re: Pico 4000 Series Scope Post by Tom Roberts on Jan 10th, 2009 at 7:43am Hi Rich, The 4000 series does look very promising. I don't see that they have a signal generator though. Where did you see that? Imagine what that 32meg memory could do.....with dual 80MHz ADCs. And 12bit resolution too. I advise patience...... ;) |

Unfortunately no. Still no release date I am aware of. Quote:
One model, as far as I know. Up to 500psi scaling. Why would you want 1000psi? |

Hi TCROfreak, Good find [smiley=ok.gif]. I wish this was in the 3000 series [smiley=disimulo.gif] This could be used at the same time as we are using our 3000 series scope. I have a 09 honda accord with can issues and this could be used to generate the signal to a module that is not getting it ,then I could follow the wiring with my 3000 scope or this tool to narrow down the bad wire. Tom, how much is just the 2200 series box from you, and what is the good and bad on it. Also how much is just a 5000 series box from you? Also does the 5000 series use all the same leads and stuff that the 3000 series does? [smiley=chopper.gif] |
